How do I change my plan or cancel my service?

You can change your service or cancel at anytime! For account management, the fastest way to update your account is to submit a request through our contact page.

Your Snip Internet subscription will remain active until you tell us otherwise. The disconnection date is chosen by you, however, it can be no sooner that the notification date for billing purposes. After you cancel, your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle. Note that we do not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service. You can request service disconnection by reaching out to our support team via email, website or phone.
