Upon notifying us that you want to cancel service, you will receive specific instructions in writing for requirements about closing the account which may include equipment return requirements. If your apartment requires equipment to be returned, you have 10 days from the service end date to return any equipment. If equipment is not returned a $150 fee will be charged.
