Cleveland based residential fiber internet provider Snip Internet LLC. is the exclusive internet service provider for the new residential apartment complex The Tappan in Tremont.
The Tappan is owned by real estate group Sustainable Community Associates. SCA has partnered exclusively with Snip Internet on three other residential projects in Cleveland, Fairmont Creamery, Wagner Awning, and Mueller Lofts. The Tappan is set to open to new residents on June 1, 2020.
New construction project The Tappan was designed with historic building elements in mind and will be home to 95 residential units. In addition to residential housing the first floor of the building will also be home to a bakery with local artisan bread and pastries.
