Field Technician - Cleveland, OH
Job Description: As a Field Technician, you will report to the Manager of Field Installations, but will work independently and with other personnel to install and activate new service, troubleshoot issues, repair failures of deployed infrastructure, and perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks. Field Technicians will work directly with our customers, ensuring they receive world-class customer service while positively representing the Snip brand. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for demonstrating a sufficient aptitude for acquiring the skills and knowledge involved in the competent performance of the tasks relating to broadband installation and troubleshooting activities
· Prepare for service installations by reviewing service requests and gathering all necessary equipment, supplies and tools to turn up service.
· Identify and resolve faults in cabling systems that would cause service interruption or prevent service turn up.
· Perform all activities required to turn up service at the customers location (CPE Installation, cable terminations, cross connections, and testing)
· Perform MACD tasks at customer locations and troubleshoot issues when dispatched by back office.
· Prioritize, manage, and report on various job requirements and duties daily to leadership while tracking all work in company systems
· Ensuring our customers are comfortable with all aspects of requested service(s).
· Work with internal and external stakeholders and sub-contractors on low voltage construction jobs
Requirements and Qualifications: This position requires an individual that is a quick learner with the motivation to master the trade. In addition to strong technical aptitude, you also need to display excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Specific qualifications for the position include:
· Experience with installation and troubleshooting of Ethernet, Coaxial cable systems and customer premise equipment.
· Ability to troubleshoot all aspects of the service (Wireless coverage, cabling issues, quality of experience) and escalate issues appropriately internally and to external partners while documenting in internal systems.
· Experience with Fiber, GPON deployments, and 802.11 preferred, but not required.
· Knowledge of T568A and B standards
· Strong attention to detail; must be able to work independently and make sound decisions using critical thinking and communicate with customers and internal teams in a clear and straight forward manner
· Professional appearance and appropriate soft skills
· Proven ability to work independently and to prioritize and organize effectively.
· Regular consistent and punctual attendance. Work shifts may include weekends, evenings and holidays and OT, as necessary.
· Ability to maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety

Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the daily management of the accounting and finance functions. Under the direction of the CFO, the Accounting Manager will have the opportunity for advancement within a growing company.
Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Prepares business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
- Manages annual audit process, providing documentation as requested
- Prepares journal entries and maintains accurate general ledger in the accounting system
- Prepares account reconciliations for month-end close
- Oversees accounts payable and receivable transactions

Job Summary:
Snip Internet is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager who can grow with the company. The position will sit in Cleveland and have oversight company-wide, including locations in Columbus, Detroit, Milwaukee, and others as we expand nationally. The HR Manager is responsible for all human resource functions, including employee recruitment, retention, benefits administration, personnel policies, and processing bi-weekly payroll.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage talent acquisition/ retention programs and workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws/regulations
- Benefits administration and payroll processing
- Advise leadership on all Human Resources issues and initiatives impacting the organization’s business goals and objectives

Snip Internet is looking for an experienced and motivated salesperson, Columbus Leasing Liaison, who can grow with the company. The position will sit in Columbus and focus on building relationships with multi-family property management staff and assisting new subscribers as they sign up for our fiber internet service.
- Represent our brand on phones and online inquiries with dependable and genuine care
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Regularly follow up with prospective subscribers via phone and email
- Schedule installation appointments for assigned markets
