Next month, Snip Internet (formerly Rocket Fiber) customers in Detroit will be moving to a new billing system. To accomplish this, customers will be instructed to update their payment information through our secure portal. 

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding this change.

When will the billing change go into effect?

This billing conversion will be phased so customers will receive instructions at various times.

When do I need to update my billing information?

Within the next month, you will receive an email with a secure link to a payment portal. Once you receive that email, you are able to update your payment method into our the new system. 

Will my service change?

No. You will still see the same speeds and experience no service interruptions.
